This 90 square meter apartment feature four rooms, two balconies, great views on three directions and generous ceiling height of almost 2.80 m. The apartment has a corner location and there are also a lot of large windows adorned by flower pots so the interior is always get plenty of natural light. Almost all walls are painted in a white while floors are mostly done in oak parquet. The living room is the place that features the gem of the apartment – the fireplace. It’s placed in a corner and gives life to the room and warmth to the soul with its flames. There are also three bedrooms in the apartment. Open Plan Studio Apartment

This light and well-planned open plan apartment has everything needed on 39 square meters. A comfortable large hall is filled with natural light from windows in living room and has plenty of storage space built in wardrobes. A living room is combined with a sleeping area and a kitchen. Lovely and spacious open plan has painted in white walls and parquet floors. The kitchen has all necessary appliances and wonderful working area thanks to careful planning. It also has a door to a generous 6 square meter balcony. A stylish and very spacious bathroom is tiled and features a washer and a dryer for laundry duties.

Contemporary Black & White Interior Design for a Girl

ERGES is an architecture and interior design studio based in Riga, Latvia. Their projects show that they specialize in modern and contemporary design. Here is one their recent work. In their own words:

The apartment belongs to a young and modern girl. The area of the object has been insufficient, so we have chosen to develop architectural, laconic and airy space of a studio apartment. White plays a general role, accenting lilac tones. A contrast of a color and texture creates graphics and volume. A fine bas-relief of a mythical warrior makes a great accent of a living room wall. Sleek floor surface and modern lacquered furniture combined with luxurious classic interior details create a refined atmosphere of a minimalistic ?boudoir? in the apartment. Bedroom continues overall style of the premises, but with softer and warmer materials. A special theme of the interior is implementing glass structures with LED lighting and glass products.
